• Preparing Inspection Coordination procedure
• Provide input for preparing criticality rating procedure and criticality rating calculations
• Provide input for welding, NDE, fabrication, construction and other equipment / item specifications Preparing Vendor or Supplier Quality requirements
• Support Material requisition review , Data sheet review
• Support Vendor document review and provide inputs to Technical Bid Evaluation
• Conduct Vendor / Supplier Assessment
• Attend Kick off meetings, conduct Pre-Inspection meetings
• Review PO related Vendor documents
• Managing vendor inspections , including review of inspection reports
• We have a separate team to review and manage final documents - MRB and other final dossiers

This service can be provided by placing our Quality Engineers in client office or from our office.
